HUMAN DESIGN - AN INTRODUCTION

I hadn’t heard about Human Design until I came to Bali… and everyone seemed to be talking about it! Confused as to what it actually was I decided to learn more & recently went to a workshop with a couple of friends. It made a lot of sense to me - I could see so many truths in my Human Design in terms of my personality, my desires, my purpose, my likes and dislikes. Ultimately I see it as a way to move forwards with more of an understanding of ourselves… if things resonate then great, and if not that’s ok!
Human Design is like a Soul diagram that can act as a guide to allow you to embody your unique and true energy. Your individual Human Design depends on the time you were born and where the planets and the Sun were the moment you arrived. Human Design empowers you to bring awareness moment to moment in your life in order to make decisions that are in alignment to your real essence. Human design shows you how to empower your purpose in life and shows you a unique way to operate and drive you day to day.
Think of Human Design as a way for you to operate with more meaning, more understanding and more acceptance.

GENERATOR & MANIFESTING GENERATOR
The life force. Here to create and have the capacity to sustain work. Here to respond to life, not to chase after things.
Aura: Open and welcoming.
Signature: Satisfaction. Do the things that make you feel satisfied.
Not-self theme: Frustration. (When out of alignment)
Strategy: wait to respond to the signs that come your way, don’t allow your mind to take control, feel into your sacral centre - is it a hell yes or a hell no. A maybe is a no!
Difference between a G and an MG: a G has the energy to finish things, an MG may have lots of projects at once - they are great at the initiating stage but not at the follow through. MGs can manifest & visualize what they want. Gs simply have to respond. Gs are more steady in their energy, MGs are more erratic.
PROJECTOR
The seer. The art of being recognised. Here to guide others. Magnetic beings that attract others.
Aura: Focused and absorbed.
Signature: Success.
Not-self theme: Bitterness. (Prematurely acting without the invitation will cause this.)
Strategy: Wait to be invited.
MANIFESTOR
Moves energy into action. Make a valuable contribution. They work alone. The leader or the lone-wolf. Not here to wait but to initiate. The fire-starter.
Aura: Closed and repelling.
Signature: Peace.
Not-self theme: Anger.
Strategy: To inform.
REFLECTOR
The shape shifter. A wise observer of life. They have a great gift of reading other people. The heart of their community.
Aura: Resistant.
Signature: Surprise.
Not-self theme: Disappointment.
Strategy: Wait a lunar cycle (28 days to respond and make a decision.)
