This retreat will be an empowering day together with a group of like-minded souls. Finding centre is a deeply personal and transformative journey that will be tailored to suit the group's needs. I will be getting in touch with all the guests beforehand to see where their struggles lie and cultivating a plan from there. The day will include movement, music, meditation, ceremony and group work. Spots are limited to keep this an intimate group.
