Retreats are hands down the most incredible way to feel revitalised, invigorated, nourished and totally awesome. I put in so much love and thought into my retreats so that my students feel like they have been given a breath of fresh air away from the business of everyday life.
Each retreat is slightly different but there’s always lots of yoga (for all levels of students) with a chance to play with all sorts of poses & transitions, allowing you to take your practice to the next level.
