Everybody was so nice, so welcoming, so open. It didn’t matter who you sit next to dinner, to yoga, to a workshop you enjoyed the conversations with everyone. I wasn’t sure about doing the coaching workshops as I always thought hearing other people stories and problems would be overwhelming but this retreat changed my mind. What to Expect on a Retreat with Sophie

Each retreat has its own theme, but they all share the same intention: to help you slow down, feel grounded again, and connect with yourself, with others, and with nature.

You can expect mornings that start with movement and meditation, time during the day to explore the area or join a self-growth / creative workshop. Evenings are spent sharing music, good food and honest conversation. It’s relaxed, fun, and open to everyone, whether you’re newer to yoga or you’ve been practicing for years.
