Terms and conditions - online calls
1. About Sophie's Circle
Sophie's Circle is a series of live online confidence catch-ups for women, run by Sophie Dear. Each session is a 90 minute group call, with a recording shared afterwards.
By ticking the box and completing your purchase, you ("you", "the participant") agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.
2. Payment, cancellations and refunds
Payment is taken in full at the time of booking.
Sophie's Circle is a digital product with a live session on a set date.
All sales are final and no refunds are given, including if you are unable to attend.
If you can't make the live call, you will still receive the recording.
Your place is personal to you and can't be transferred to someone else without Sophie's agreement.
If Sophie needs to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered a new date or a full refund.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
3. Recordings and links
Calls are recorded so participants can watch back. Recordings are for your personal use only.
Please do not share your call link, recording link, or any course materials with anyone else, or post them online.
You may not record, screenshot, or download any part of the call yourself.
By joining, you agree to appear in the recording if your camera is on or you speak. If you'd prefer not to be seen, keep your camera off and use the chat or private message Sophie.
Recordings will be available for 14 days. After that, access may be removed.
Sharing links or recordings without permission may result in your access being removed with no refund.
4. Confidentiality
What is shared in the Circle stays in the Circle.
Please keep everything other participants share private. Do not repeat their stories, names or personal details outside the call.
You are welcome to talk about what you learned and how it helped you.
Sophie will keep what you share confidential, except where she believes someone is at risk of serious harm or is legally required to disclose it.
Please join from a private space where others in your home can't overhear, or use headphones.
5. Community guidelines
The Circle works because everyone feels safe to show up as they are. When you join, you agree to:
Be kind and respectful, including when your views differ from someone else's.
Listen without judging, fixing or giving advice.
Share from your own experience and leave space for others to speak.
Arrive on time and stay present. Please avoid driving or multitasking during the call.
Keep the space free of selling, promoting your own business, or recruiting other participants.
Avoid discriminatory, offensive or abusive language or behaviour.
Sophie may remove anyone from a call, or from Sophie's Circle, if these guidelines aren't followed. No refund will be given in this case.
6. Coaching agreement and personal responsibility
Sophie's Circle offers group coaching, education and reflective practices. It does not replace therapy, counselling, or medical, financial or legal advice.
If you are living with a mental or physical health condition, please speak to a qualified professional and look after your own needs during the call.
Any practices shared, such as breathwork, meditation or rituals, are optional. Take part only in what feels right for you, and stop at any time.
Ideas shared about money mindset are for personal growth only and are not financial advice.
You are responsible for your own choices, actions and results. Sophie can't guarantee any particular outcome.
7. Content, privacy and contact
Intellectual property. All content shared in Sophie's Circle, including slides, workbooks, meditations and recordings, belongs to Sophie's Fitness. It is for your personal use and may not be copied, sold, taught or shared.
Technology. Calls take place on Zoom. You are responsible for a working internet connection and device.
Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version in place when you book applies to your purchase.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
