If you’ve been feeling a bit run down, stretched too thin, or just not quite yourself lately, you’re not alone.
Most of us spend so much time keeping up with work, relationships, and life in general that we forget to slow down and take stock of the important things in life.
That’s why I started hosting retreats. Some are just a day, some are over a weekend, and others are a full week away. They all have the same purpose: to give you space to pause, move, reset, and connect with like-minded souls.
I’ve experienced burnout and big sudden life changes that forced me to take a look at the pressure I was putting on myself. These retreats grew from a realisation that we need compassionate spaces where we can learn how to move through the world with more calm and ease.
My retreats are for anyone who needs a little breathing room to be in their body (rather than constantly in their heads) and a reminder of what it feels like to be fully present.

Hey, I'm Sophie Dear!
I live in London with my husband and our baby. My life is filled with yoga, meditation, music and the beautiful chaos of being a first time mum! I have picked up various hobbies over the years: from skateboarding, to surfing and playing the guitar - I’m happiest when I’m moving and learning new things.
In 2020 I travelled to Bali planning to be there for just three months. Due to the pandemic, I stayed for over three years, building my wellness business and getting curious about what it means to feel whole and at peace. Like many, I came from a place of burnout - I had worked a grueling job in TV for 8 years, I was an anxious people-pleaser, and constantly overthinking. The tools I found in yoga, meditation and self-reflection changed that for me, and they’re woven into everything I teach.
I have been running retreats for the last 10 years. My retreats are not just an escape, they are a chance to meet like-minded people, to reconnect with your body, and to return to life with more presence and purpose.
